 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prerequisite for attendance of the workshop: Completion of at least Ego State Therapy Seminar 1
• Only a fully completed registration form and proof of payment guarantee registration. 
• No registrations can be confirmed without full pre-payment.
• Bank and administration costs incurred will be for the participants account. 
• Dr Woltemade Hartman reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of payment cannot be supplied.
• In the event of cancellation of the workshop, participants will be informed and all training fees will be refunded.
• Cancellations received after, 1 November 2025 will incur a 50% administration charge and cancellations received by 1 December 2025 will incur an 80% administration charge.  No refunds will be paid if cancellations are received after 1 December 2025, including medical reasons.  In the event of cancellation, notification must be in writing. No refund for non arrivals.
• The event organisers will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance of the workshop will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  The organisers act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the workshop for the convenience of the participants.  Dr  Woltemade Hartman and the organisers performs all tasks on condition that he and the organisers, appointed agents or subcontractors, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by participants. 
• Please take note that Dr Woltemade Hartman reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage should any natural or other disaster/pandemic or unforeseen circumstances necessitates it.
