TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only a fully completed registration form and proof of payment guarantee registration.
- No registrations can be confirmed without full pre-payment.
- Bank and administration costs incurred will be for the participants account.
- MEISA reserves the right to refuse admission if proof of payment cannot be supplied.
- In the event of cancellation of the congress, participants will be informed and all training fees will be refunded.
- Cancellations received after, 3 November 2024 will incur a 50% administration charge and cancellations received by 3 December 2024 will incur an 80% administration charge. No refunds will be paid if cancellations are received after 3 December 2024, including medical reasons. In the event of cancellation, notification must be in writing. Substitutes will be accepted upon receipt of a fully completed registration form. Non-arrivals will result in full fees being paid and no refund shall be made.
- The Milton H. Erickson Institutes of South Africa (MEISA) will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance of the congress will be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. MEISA and its directors act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the congress for the convenience of the participants. MEISA performs all tasks on condition that the Institutes and its directors, appointed agents or subcontractors, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by participants.
- Please take note that MEISA reserves the right to cancel this event at any stage should any natural or other disaster/pandemic or unforeseen circumstances necessitates it.
